Month-of Coordination Package Includes:

• Coordination will start six weeks before the wedding day
• A two-hour meeting to review wedding plans and details
• A final planning meeting two weeks before the wedding day
• Confirmation of arrangements with venues and vendors
• A walk-through of the ceremony and reception venues
• A detailed wedding day timeline, floor plan and contact list
• Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal
• On-site coordination on the wedding day
• Execution of the ceremony logistics 
• Supervision of scheduled events at reception
